Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UpRoll, a Shopify app operated by TJ Cloud Globe Private Limited ("we", "us"). By installing or using UpRoll, you agree to them.

The service

UpRoll imports your Instagram Reels and displays them on your Shopify storefront, and lets you tag products to those Reels. Features may change or improve over time.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to use the Instagram account and content you connect.
• You must comply with Shopify's and Meta's terms and applicable laws when using the app.
• You are responsible for the products and content you choose to display on your store.

Your content

Your Instagram content remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to import, re-host, and display it on your storefront while the app is installed. Disconnecting or uninstalling removes this content from our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep UpRoll reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and Instagram may change its API in ways outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TJ Cloud Globe Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using UpRoll at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the service for misuse or to comply with legal or platform requirements.
